Congrats on week 13! You are right there, and it sounds like you got about the same results as I did for round one: down 20 pounds.
I tried easing into running, stretching, and doing hip strengthening exercises, but my IT band issues did not go away. I would like to come back to running later, but I didn't want to risk any injuries before Insanity. My days of running have been put on hold. But, I lost another 20 lbs. during round two, and I am ready to shred that last bit of fat and get ripped. Insanity is perfect for this. I might rotate P90X/Insanity or go on a hybrid schedule afterwards.
For you, I would recommend jumping right into Insanity! It will burn fat quickly and is the fastest route from point a to b. Plus, P90X gets really boring around day 150, and adding running extends your workouts up to 2 hours per day. Why do that, when you can fit Insanity into your schedule at 45 minutes a day? You will also stay motivated with a new program. Go for Insanity man, you won't regret it.

So glad they cut Anamaria from ANTM. Her attitude was “i'm better than everyone here”. When people act like that they don't show their “HUMBLE” side or that there is room for growth (personal and professionally). This doesn't work for the show #1. She had not muscle tone. It's okay to be a zero or a 2 and be thin, but have some definition on your body. Anamaria just looked as if she starved herself vs. working out, eating right. I'm a size zero/2 in many clothes I wear and my muscle definition is strong. I'm 5'8″ and I can eat a lot and burn it off healthy. People always think I am 10-15 years younger than my age and that's because I eat right, sometimes 1800-2200 calories a day with healthy fats and whey protein. I do a little cardio and weightlifting. The lifting weights help me burn fat fast and tone my body. I'm sick and tired of seeing models who look like they are posing for “World Hunger”. Anamaria has a beautiful face and height. She just needs to tone up her arms and legs. My legs and arms are super thin, but they are super strong and don't flab like chicken wings when I move my arms and legs. Anytime a girl has chicken wings (stretch marks-arms/legs), it's a huge sign of anorexia or bulimia. They never educated themselves on what to eat, the quantities or worked out much in their life. I see it everyday in NYC. It's kind of sad, because there are not of sports centers (gyms yes), but not intermural sports groups (athletic clubs). When you work out, your body craves healthy food and drink.

umm i got a question.. you know how you said legs need more reps, i heard about that too from this natural bodybuilder, and also he said shoulders need more reps too, about 15 reps.. is that true? and also i train each muscle once a week, expet for chest cause i do chest 2 times a week, because he said you never use your chest in everyday? life, but you allways use your legs arms etc, so can i train my chest 2 times a week and other muscles once? thanks
