  15. Sorry, but Y is right. A plain Krispy Kreme donut contains 250 calories. 48 donuts a day equals 12,000 calories…roughly the caloric needs of an 800 pound person. So, unless you weigh over 800 pounds, you aren't going to be losing weight on that diet.

Well, taking into account what you already know, you could do this: make sure you deficate quite often. Since your fasting you think, you have nothing to release, but you still need to go, and again, often. Warm prune juice will do the trick. Drink plenty of water because this will make you dehydrate. You probably need to stay home too.
