I couldn't agree more with you! A few minutes ago I read an interview of that dude who invented the Factor 5 diet and he basically said that bananas are a waste because they only contain of sugar and have no fiber at all. What the heck?? Do people seriously get fat because of eating bananas? Yeah sure.
Anyway, I also get mad when I see those “healthy” diets that work like magic for everywone. No wonder why we're all so messed up and don't know how to eat properly!!

Well, you should get a 24 hour fitness membership, 'cause they have exercise equipments there and you can work out with a trainer. OR go to your PE teacher and ask him if you can go use the WEGHT ROOM(if your school has one). Oh, and don't eat too much and try to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to clear out your system. You're welcome!

I am 16 years old myself.
What i do is bike to the gym everyday (about 3 kilometres) then back (another 3 kilometres) after the workout.
What i do in the gym is do a 20 minute cardio warmup. At a speed of about 6.5 mph-8.0 mph and a grade of about 1-5% on the treadmill.
After, I do weight lifting to tone the muscles. I do upper body one day, lower body the next, to help with recovery.
Do not exercise the same muscle everyday, that will prevent recovery, and you won't see results.
For you though, I'd recommend doing 10 minutes of cardio (it doesn't have to be the treadmill, it could be jogging around the block for 15 minutes). Also, eat healthy. Eat veggies, fruits, whole grain products (whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, etc.), lean meats, and milk products. Avoid junk food, and pop at all costs.

Well if you keep eating unhealthy food, you won't really see results with just exercise. You need to do both to get good results. If your mom won;t cook healthy food, have you tried making your own food? Like a sandwich or salad or something?
Anyway about exercise, do sit ups in the morning when you wake up and then when you get home. As many as you can do but maybe at least a hundred a day. Do some push ups and lift some weights. Do lunges for your thigh area. That should help burn fat.

Any short term quick diet should bring together meal plans for quick weight loss that work, together with recipes for quick weight loss that work.
Should be also good for everybody, with men and women nutrition plans and exercise plans.
Finally, it must also be good diets for quick weight loss for vegetarians who don't eat lots of things as we do. But more than anything should bring with true original recipes and meals plans at least in a digital book, freshly and real weight loss testimonials.
Yeah you could do it. Don't overwork yourself and deprive yourself, though. Great with the excercise, just stay away from sugar, white bread, and starches.. and eat whole grain bread with lot of fiber, green veggies, low fat dairy, lean protiens and fruit, and the weight will be falling off. ^_^ Good luck.
