Each year billions are spend, by the consumer, on weight loss programs and foods. We are told to cut calories to loose the weight, but the problem is not loosing, but maintaining and keeping the weight off, once its lost.

Most people have tried just about everything to loose and maintain their weight loss, but unsuccessfully. They go from one weight loss program to another, hoping each will help them achieve their goal of a permanent weight loss.

I will be sharing, with you, in this article, some simple secrets to permanent weight loss, and the best way to achieve your goal and get permanent results.

You’re the only one who can take control of your life! No one can do this for you. You need to do this! Food has always been used as an emotional crutch, and you need to separate the two, food from emotion.

Don’t concern yourself about the appearance of your body, concentrate on what your body does for you. Many women look at a magazine, and think they must look like the models in them…don’t!

Consider the set point, which is the weight your body should be at. Use it as a guide, and by lowering it you will reduce and keep the weight off for good. Reduce the fat consumption in your diet, add leaner meat, low fat or fat free products. There, you’ve reduced your fat intake, easy, wasn’t it. Now you need to add more physical activity by walking, running, biking, or a form of exercise you can easily keep up.

You can start slowly lowering your fat intake, skim milk, fat free yogurts, and keep away from the butter.

If there are low fat food you’re currently consuming, continue, and add more of them.

Keep a dairy of everything you eat. Then you can see just how much fat you are taking in, and lower it.
Exercise
Do some form of exercise everyday. I can’t stress enough just how important this is. It’s the way your body builds muscle and muscle burns fat, and more efficiently, than when not exercising. This will speed up your metabolism. Start slow and work your way to longer sessions of walking or whatever form of exercise you choose to do.

A few minutes ago I read an interview of that dude who invented the Factor 5 diet and he basically said that bananas are a waste because they only contain of sugar and have no fiber at all.
