Are there are any effective diet plans out there? You know the magic potion that makes some individuals lose pounds rapidly and simply, while the rest of us are trapped eating lettuce while the scale needle seems to be stuck in place? I couldn't agree more with you! A few minutes ago I read an interview of that dude who invented the Factor 5 diet and he basically said that bananas are a waste because they only contain of sugar and have no fiber at all. What the heck?? Do people seriously get fat because of eating bananas? Yeah sure.
Anyway, I also get mad when I see those “healthy” diets that work like magic for everywone. No wonder why we're all so messed up and don't know how to eat properly!!

For THIS weekend? I think only a girdle will help at this point.
I am 16 years old myself.
What i do is bike to the gym everyday (about 3 kilometres) then back (another 3 kilometres) after the workout.
What i do in the gym is do a 20 minute cardio warmup. At a speed of about 6.5 mph-8.0 mph and a grade of about 1-5% on the treadmill.
After, I do weight lifting to tone the muscles. I do upper body one day, lower body the next, to help with recovery.
Do not exercise the same muscle everyday, that will prevent recovery, and you won't see results.
For you though, I'd recommend doing 10 minutes of cardio (it doesn't have to be the treadmill, it could be jogging around the block for 15 minutes). Also, eat healthy. Eat veggies, fruits, whole grain products (whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, etc.), lean meats, and milk products. Avoid junk food, and pop at all costs.

i think so but diet pills are all not that good to take because they have side effect and are not good to your body best way is too eat right and exercise but you pregnant so just wait until you give birth,oh the pills might not be good to your baby so ask a doctor before you take them.
