I stop coming for that reason, however, I was checking on my points and your question caught my eye. Well, taking into account what you already know, you could do this: make sure you deficate quite often. Since your fasting you think, you have nothing to release, but you still need to go, and again, often. Warm prune juice will do the trick. Drink plenty of water because this will make you dehydrate. You probably need to stay home too.
