  15. You need to eat lots of vegetables for fibre, and eat more protein (meat, fish, chicken, nuts, beans) for your metabolism and muscle health. Stay away from sugar foods and sugar drinks, read labels. Make good use of the gym facilities. Train at least 3 days a week in the gym. Do all muscle groups. Start off light for the first few weeks and build up. Walking, cycling, running are all good for lungs and heart and general health.
