What is the Perfect Calorie Intake to Stay Healthy and Lose Weight
Even though you might see advertisements for 0 calories on consumable items, our bodies need them. After all, it’s the way we are able to get the energy we need to make it through the day. The problem is if you have too many it can turn into a bad thing. If they cannot be burned or you are not an active person, your calories will begin to turn into Fats.

However, this is not a good way to shed the pounds. When you just cut your calories and hope to burn the rest it will end up backfiring. That's different than 3 meals a day, plus three snacks, which is what many kids are doing. “Snacks” in this case means salty snacks, candy, sweetened beverages and desserts, according to this new study.

C'mon everyone knows how tough it is to drive a car! You even have to hoist yourself up into a sitting position for goodness sales! Most weight loss programs recommend 2 things: eat less and DRIVE YOUR CAR MORE! Of course the avid driver has to beware the many over use injuries that come from car driving: Calluses (on the butt) eye strain from watching the road, tendinitis from moving the steering wheel. I can only speak to my experiences but I tend to be allergic to any lotion that is scented. well usually people have a set point…. consistency is the key…. let's say your set poing is 135lbs You usually could lose 5-10lbs then go back to 135lbs in a couple of weeks, then gain 5-10lbs and then go back to 135lbs in a couple of weeks… If you excersie consistently for a long period of time, months-years…. then your set point itself will change… to let's say 110…
