It’s also important to take responsibility for your actions. After all it wasn’t the McDonald’s you ate every other day for an entire year, it was the fact that you actually continued to do it without regard for your weight. When we blaming everything and one except ourselves it is hard to solve the problem. If you can take responsibility you can make the necessary changes.

The next order of business is to set goals. I know you want to lose weight, but how much? Tell yourself a specific amount and then break it down into smaller goals that are reachable. Just by taking measurable steps you can reach the ultimate goal quicker. In fact, celebrate every time you reach one of them. This will motivate you more, especially if you write each one down and check them off when they’re completed.

The most important thing to do is take action. When you can think ahead and know what needs to be done you will have an easier time completing it. Your plan will be thought out better and your goals will be associated with actions. The end result is you succeed in several small areas to reach the biggest goal of all.

Oh, and quit making excuses. These are the things you come up with to skip steps. If you start skipping steps then you will wind up missing your goals. So eliminate all your excuses, because in the end there are no excuses.

You couldn't find no one in shape other than Mel B please give me a break. Your best bet would have been an unknown thats what got my attention for the first season.   18. For good skin, drink lots of water (and only water). Wash your skin with an apricot scrub, and after your skin is towel-dried, apply a toner.

    Everytime you feel greasy, wash your face… but drinking lots of water will prevent you from feeling disgusting half-way through the day.

    Honestly, I have had so few pimples in my life, I hardly know what it's like to have them! This is what I do, and I have flawless skin (besides a few freckles which come out during the summer).

But remember that the weight loss programs for adults recommend that you eat six small meals a day, using the word “meals” to imply that they should be nutritionally balanced.     Have a balanced diet of ALL kinds of foods in moderation, and avoid "diet" foods like the plague ! Diet foods are a scam. You see more kinds of "diet" products, but more obesity now than 40 years ago.

    As for low carb diets, people and creatures that eat meat live shorter lives than non-meat eaters. Check it out ! Eat meat but only as much as you need to stay healthy. North-Americans have been scammed into eating meat for each and every meal of the day. You don't need it every meal, and you can skip some days and even be healthier for it.

    IF your stomach just feels empty but you're not really hungry, fill it with tea of coffee with sugar. It will fill your stomach, keep it occupied, the sugar will relieve your basic low-blood sugar moment and the 1 or 2 sugars is wayyy less than the sugar in soft-drinks or pop. Overall, way less calories than snacks. Also, the tannin or caffeine will improve your metabolism and sense of well being.

    Avoid all foods/drinks with Fructose, corn-syrop solids/liquids, because they are tasty and make you want more, but at the same time do not give you a feeling of being full. You are less likely to binge on sucrose sugar foods than foods/drinks with fructose instead of sucrose. Its a trick the food companies have known since the late 1970's, so you eat more and not feel full. Its all for money, but they don't care about your long-term health or obesity.
