Healthy Foods to Include in Every Successful Diet Plan

Are you trying to lose weight quickly?  If so, you will want to know about some really healthy weight loss foods that have been really effective for me.  I’m going to tell you what they are and why the work so well.

These food items are not part of some random, silly list.  These fat burning foods are proven to shred pounds.  These elite foods have been shown to enhance your weight loss efforts.  By eating just a few of these foods each day, the chances that you’ll quickly lose weight increase.

However, if you make the effort and eat all of these foods every day, I’d be willing to bet you’ll be standing in front of the mirror with a big smile on your face in just 7 days.  I won’t make you wait any longer, here they are:

1.  Whey Protein. There have been countless studies that confirm that protein is a great fuel for fat burning.  This is primarily because it aids muscle development and muscle will burn fat.

2. Spicy foods.  Because this is pretty general, I’ll give you a few good examples of spicy foods that will help with weight loss; habanero peppers and jalapeno peppers.  Spicy foods help burn fat because they speed up your metabolism.  They basically make it burn like a fat burning furnace.  Personally, I eat no less than one spicy meal each day.

3. Lean beef. I know what your doctor might say about this, but I didn’t write this article to please your doctor.   The fact is that very few things compare to lean red meat when it comes to burning fat.

When lean beef is eaten, your metabolism is forced to work over time just to digest it.  Naturally, this really enhances the amount of fat you burn.

Additionally, lean red meat is packed with protein, which we now know is a powerful fuel for fat burning.  Obviously, you shouldn’t eat abundantly of red meat for the very obvious health reasons, but I eat lean beef at least once a day and I have virtually no stomach fat on my body.

4.  Spinach.  Spinach, as well as a few other green leafy vegetables can be included here, but I’ve found that spinach works wonders on my mid-section.  It is packed with calcium and a Apple_heartvariety of other healthy nutrients that work to super-charge your body, helping it eliminate fat quickly.

5.  Apples.  Awhile back, when I was a little over 30 pounds overweight, I started looking for the very best healthy weight loss foods.  I have found one food, the apple, which I will never give up.  I eat an apple each morning within minutes of waking up.

A few minutes ago I read an interview of that dude who invented the Factor 5 diet and he basically said that bananas are a waste because they only contain of sugar and have no fiber at all. What the heck?? Do people seriously get fat because of eating bananas? Yeah sure.
    Anyway, I also get mad when I see those “healthy” diets that work like magic for everywone. No wonder why we're all so messed up and don't know how to eat properly!!

  2. What you're talking about is a long term healthy eating plan. You can't just do some fad diet or eating multiple meals a day, or doing insane exercise. It can't work in the long term because you'll just get over it.

    We don't have strawberry frosted mini wheats here, but no offense, it doesn't sound great. Strawberry frosted anything is probably not great. When I was in america I was in AWE of the fact that all your cereals seemed to have sugar in them. Try Sultana bran, or cornflakes or wheat bix or special k. Have a big bowl. If it's healthy then you can have lots of it. Then have an apple or a piece of fruit in between breakfast and lunch. Apparently, the best way to lose weight is to have a big lunch and a small dinner. Like a piece of grilled chicken, with pasta and veggies is an apparently ideal lunch. While not much for dinner. Personally I find this impractical. But if you have the commitment do this.

    If I were you I'd have a big bowl of cereal for breakfast. Or a piece of dry raisin toast.
    For lunch a wholegrain salad sandwich. If you've done some exercise put some cheese on it. yummmm :)
    Dinner, lean meat is good. Meat and two veg is fantastic advice.

    A guy in my year lost 50kg by having dinner at 4pm then going for a run every night. I've heard not eating after 6pm is good and it certainly worked for him.

    But basically just cut out crap. For an indulgence have low fat ice cream and rock melon or something. If you have a salad make sure you have no-fat dressing. Low fat cheese. Low fat everything.

It's just a variation on a starvation diet..you'll lose a little water weight but that'll be about it..then you'll gain it all back plus a bunch more once you get so hungry you'll eat your own foot! Stupid idea. Just stick to a 1200 calorie a day diet and hit the treadmill for 30 to 40 minutes a day..

  12. eat dairy 3X a day,have more fiber,cabbage, celery apples. never ( dont increase ur calorie intake just replace snacks )drink while u eat .. drink after ur meal within 20-30 mins.. make ur dinner earlier and exercise before BF in the morning
