  24. Yep, definitely the Harvard Healthy Eating Pyramid – it is the one used for educational purposes at UC Davis for both Student Health Services and University Dining Services.

    The downside of not having all those fancy online tools aside, the Harvard Healthy Eating Pyramid is definitely more science based. MyPyramid is much too influenced by industry for us to feel comfortable using it as a tool for students.

  28. actually there is no scientific proof that the alcohol has any affect on the findings in these statements but rather the grapes in the red wine that are beneficial to your health. and most of the people who they base these studies off of happen to be on a healthy eating diet as well and most often live in foreign countries where there food intake is much more conservative.
