  25. dont believe the hype. Pre-packaged diet plans never work.Once you stop the plan you will gain it back too. And remember you need to pay for every package and you cant go on and on like that for ever. Missing your favourite tasting food. It is costly too.

    Also, I would suggest doing an hour of low impact and an hour of high impact aerobics a day, if you can handle it.
