There was a line in your article that is very important for everyone to realize. An effective diet plan does not have to be restrictive! I think a lot of people get confused with the word diet meaning to eat less and almost starve yourself until you reach the weight that you want.
If you eat too little, your body will go into a survival state and store everything you eat as fat. This will render the diet you are on completely useless and you will definitely not be going the right direction toward your weight goals.

A few minutes ago I read an interview of that dude who invented the Factor 5 diet and he basically said that bananas are a waste because they only contain of sugar and have no fiber at all. What the heck?? Do people seriously get fat because of eating bananas? Yeah sure.
Anyway, I also get mad when I see those “healthy” diets that work like magic for everywone. No wonder why we're all so messed up and don't know how to eat properly!!

I couldn't agree more with you! A few minutes ago I read an interview of that dude who invented the Factor 5 diet and he basically said that bananas are a waste because they only contain of sugar and have no fiber at all. What the heck?? Do people seriously get fat because of eating bananas? Yeah sure.

1. Drink water before every meal to tell if you are hungry or thirsty.
1. If you are bored and you eat when your bored, play a game or do an activity or eat a peice of fruit.
3. Sleep 7-8 hours everynight so your metabolism speeds up.
4. Take a walk every morning for 20-30 minutes. If it is winter, then just get a DVD and walk on there.

It's just a variation on a starvation diet..you'll lose a little water weight but that'll be about it..then you'll gain it all back plus a bunch more once you get so hungry you'll eat your own foot! Stupid idea. Just stick to a 1200 calorie a day diet and hit the treadmill for 30 to 40 minutes a day..
