Need to Find a Good Diet Plan for You? Do Your Homework Before You Choose One
There are a lot of diet plans available out there, and it can be pretty tough sometimes to figure out the right one for you. For example, there are lots of low-calorie, low-carb, flexible, low fat, rotational, strict, and so on. That’s a lot of information, and it can be confusing, to say the least.
It’s fortunate, though, that you can research diet plans in depth before you try them out. You can go online and take a look at diet plans so that you can find one that fits what you want. It’s a really bad feeling, I know, if you start a diet only to realize that it’s not for you pretty soon after you start.

What you want to find is a diet plan review site that has a lot of information, is easy to navigate, and lets you learn about each diet plan, including drawbacks and pluses. Finally, of course, you want honest opinions about why particular diets do or don’t work.
Remember that there are a lot of great diet plans out there, and if one doesn’t work for you, another will. The “best” diet plan is one that works for you, period. I couldn't agree more with you! A few minutes ago I read an interview of that dude who invented the Factor 5 diet and he basically said that bananas are a waste because they only contain of sugar and have no fiber at all. What the heck?? Do people seriously get fat because of eating bananas? Yeah sure.
Anyway, I also get mad when I see those “healthy” diets that work like magic for everywone. No wonder why we're all so messed up and don't know how to eat properly!!

Btw no one cares what a diet actually is, times change, now a diet is refferd to when someone is trying to alter or make a change to there current eating habits.

No but fad diets do not work.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.
