Belly Fat Burning Tips To Get A Flat Stomach
A combination of three things, mindset, diet, and exercise is the secret to burning belly fat and getting a flat stomach. Like you, I’ve encountered a lot of printed advice regarding diet and exercise, but I realize that in order to succeed, a person must have the right mental conditioning.
Before embarking on a change of lifestyle, you need to give yourself a check up from the neck up first. Understand why you want to be thinner, know the reasons why you aren’t thin, and mentally accept the things that you are going to have to change in order to get a flat stomach.
It is very important that you have a proper diet. If you drink coffee, try drinking it black instead of with sugar. You should have a hearty breakfast, and a good and healthy lunch and supper. For the mid-day meal, steer clear of quick, junk food to the extent that you can. It’s not healthy to eat fast food on a regular basis, as it is full of calories and preservatives.
Don’t consume carbonated drinks or foods that contain a lot of sugar. Try to drink beverages with natural sugar, such as fruit juices. Rather than reaching for that bag of chips, choose raw vegetables for a healthier choice. Surprisingly you may find them just as delicious and you will have more energy.
It is acceptable to have some of your preferred foods for dinner once or twice a week, but it is essential that you reduce the size of the portions you consume. Don’t go back for seconds. Never snack after dinnertime; during sleep, your unused calories convert into fat. 
Exercise should be done everyday, but try not to do the same workout everyday. After a little more time, you might even find yourself jogging.
When I mention daily workouts, I’m not referring to strenuous daily workouts. The hard exercises should be limited to at least every other day. When you have a day ‘off’ the routine, make tiny efforts like using a staircase rather than an escalator on the job, or try mowing the lawn.
You should take your time and go slow at first and as time goes by then you can increase your exercise to help you achieve your goal. Sit-ups are the way to go for this but don’t throw out your back. Always to 10 minutes of stretching before you get into the hard exercise. In addition, a number of different exercise apparatus are available to help work out your abs with little stress on your spine.
Once you know what you like, it is important to stay with that exercise routine as much as you can. Don’t fool yourself into believing that if you skip a workout, you will make up for it in the next workout session. It will be easy to think of reasons why exercise isn’t necessary.
Buy a small scale and monitor your progress. When you see yourself losing weight you will be encouraged to keep going. If you find that you aren’t getting good results, try changing your eating habits and your workout routine. Remember, there are thousands of people who were once like you that made the mental commitment to burn belly fat and get a flat stomach.

Unfortenyl you are following what 96% of Americans follow, and for good reason. It is what the gov't tells us to do.
Sadly enough, they are wrong.
1. There is no such thing as Fat Burning Zone.
2. Fasted Cardio or not eating before walking is not good.
3. good carbs and protein are ifne to eat beofre your morning workout. Maybe a egg with some vegetables.
It is true that you need to burn more calories than you take in in order to lose weight. But as with anything there are guidlines to follow and boundaries to watch.
Our body will naturally burn x amount of calories each and every day. Even if you sit on your butt all day- your body will still burn calories.
So with that being said, you do not have to burn "1200" calories doing cardio each day if you eat "1200" calories. The better thing for you to do would be to only do 20-30 min of cardio, but instead of doing the fat burning zone do intervals. Intervals are doing about 30-60 seconds at full speed followed by 1-2 min at slower speeds. Repeat this process for 20- 30 min.
This style of cardio has been proven to produce greater amounts of fat loss over any given period of time.
The other thing to consider is that weight training and interval training will raise your metabolic level much higher and for much longer periods of time than your "Fat Burning Zone".

From my experience, I was able to control my weight gain before my baby. Post-Kelvin, wala na kong paki. Wala ng time to jog. I spend all day work, so I spend the rest of the night with my son. Personally, I enjoy the treadmill. Walk at an incline or use one of the programs, particulary the hills. Those programs burn loads of calories. Try 45-60 five or six days a week for maximum results.
The elliptical trainer is also a good option.
As far as diet, well I can't help you there, lol.
