There’s a new program out there called Combat the Fat that may finally help you lose the fat, once and for all, for good.

What is Combat the Fat?

Once was created by Jeff Anderson, who is a military fitness instructor. He utilizes the same techniques used in the Army for soldiers who want to get into shape, quickly.

The program contains three e-books, which are Guides 1, 2 and 3. In Guide 1, you’ll learn about the military’s fitness program that can help you, too, get in shape, just as it has so many soldiers. Guide 2 is a workbook that contains the workout’s basics in step-by-step format. Guide 3 is a nutrition manual that shows you how and what to eat to get the best results.

Not a “soft” approach

If you’re looking for a soft approach and lots of stroking for your ego, don’t use Combat the Fat. Combat the Fat is serious, in that Anderson really wants you to lose weight and isn’t about to take any bull. However, that said, it is very practical and easy to follow, and it takes you seriously — do you really want to lose weight? If you do, Combat the Fat may just be for you.

More “secrets”

Combat the Fat contain secrets like getting up to 200% more nutrition from your food so they have the energy you did as a teenager. And, it tells you how you can look like a soldier in terms of your sixpack abs, without having to go to the gym all the time. What sort of results can you expect to see from Combat the Fat?

Are there any drawbacks to using Combat the Fat?

Simply, it’s going to take commitment if you want to use Combat the Fat — but that’s true of any true, legitimate fat loss program. For example, you’re going to have to work out three days a week, 45 minutes at a time, and work out pretty hard. If you’re not used to that and you are used to being a couch potato, you’re probably going to be pretty sore when you first start (of course, you should check with your doctor to make sure this or any other exercise program is going to be effective and right for you, based upon any health problems you may have).

That said, if you’re willing to put in 45 minutes a day, three days a week, and willing to follow the program diligently based upon what the guides tell you, step-by-step, you will lose fat. Simply, Combat the Fat is very effective as long as you’re willing to put in the work. Of course, buying any fat loss program isn’t going to work if you don’t use it and put in the effort necessary, but Combat the Fat absolutely will give you results if you follow it and do things right.
