Reasons: Fat Burning Furnace has many advantages over other diets, the main one being that ANYONE can do it. After going through many new diets every year, this is one that really exceeds expectations.
The Fat Burning Furnace System was invented by Rob Poulos; this 158-page guide shows you how to add muscle and lose fat at the same time, so that you can raise your resting metabolic rate (RMR) and look and feel better.
That’s why Poulos calls it the “fat burning furnace” system, because you raise your resting metabolic rate, such that your body can burn many more calories every day without you having to do any further physical activity; that in effect gives you the ability to “go on a diet” without actually having to change what you eat; the difference is that in this case, instead of cutting out several hundred calories a day, you simply ramp up your metabolism so that your metabolism burns that many more calories every day.
Lots of detail, a little sluggish
Although the guide itself does a really good job of explaining how and why the System works, you spend a significant amount of time reading about why he thinks his methods work at the beginning, and don’t get to the “center” of the course until you’re more than 20 pages into it. It might be better, for example, if Poulos could introduce the reader to the course first and talk about how important exercise is and what to do with it, thus giving the reader the basics of what to do, and then discuss how he thinks his methods work well later on in the book, once the reader has gotten a chance to try things out.
The last 50 pages or so of the book concentrate on nutritional aspect of the system, and is basic but certainly gives you some good information to work with.
The exercise component of Fat Burning Furnace System
What’s really nice about Fat Burning Furnace System is that Poulos doesn’t use long workouts in his system, which is great if you don’t like to exercise (most of us don’t). Instead, he focuses on weightlifting, with exercise comprising just 20 to 25 minutes a day, three times a week. And as you go further on in the guide, exercise frequency actually drops, to two times a week.
According to Poulos, this type of exercise only has its full impact when done SLOWLY. So, he focuses on doing these exercises very slowly so that the muscles are challenged to their maximum and tired out. Additionally, because you only have to do one set of exercises and not three, you get done really quickly with your workouts.
The exercises themselves are well explained, with photos accompanying explanations. You can also “upgrade” your system and get the guide plus additional special material about his so-called BlowTorch routines. Along with this, two hours’ of videos are included to show how these exercises are performed.
Doesn’t matter if you’ve been a “couch potato”
Another thing that’s nice about the System is that you can start out slow if you haven’t worked out in a long time. Poulos also gives you routines for beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts that you can work through as you get better and achieve better fitness. If you decide to opt for the Blowtorch system, you’ll also get additional information that deals with targeting specific areas of your body.
Nutrition
After the exercise section, nutrition is also covered so that you know what you need to eat in order to maximize your fat loss. There aren’t any fad diets included and it’s pretty sensible in its approach. There are free recipes included via a website link and a sample meal plan, too.
All in all, this is a good, basic exercise and diet plan that doesn’t have a lot of hype and uses commonsense approaches to both exercise and nutrition, in that they are reasonable and most people can follow them. This is a good weight loss/muscle building and maintenance plan, in other words.

Without any doubt…this system is good!!
It’s not really THAT EASY, but with a little effort I’ve lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks. I’ve been on diets several times but this is the first time I really think it will work…
Yes, it works indeed. I’m going slower (6 pounds in 3 weeks), but I really like the system
I feel like a new man these days. I’m looking forward to enjoying the outdoors this spring break with my shirt off for the first time in years!
This is the fifth week and I have lost 16 pounds and gone down two pants sizes!! I’m so overjoyed that I bought a pair of jeans today another size too small because I know I’ll get there easily.
Peronsally I think it’s a great program that shows very detailed information about how to lose fat and get in shape.
I didn’t exactly lose as much weight as they say but so far so good. I’m very happy with the results, 13 lbs in 5 weeks! It was hard, but the results worth the effort.
I lost 3 inches from my waist, 2 from my hips, and 3.5 from my chest. I can get into my skinny shorts again, and I feel great!
I’m a fan of the Fat Burning Furnace system. Agreed with the review it’s long and could be shorter, but well worth the money. Once you get through the material and put it in practice, you’ll have learned a lot and can definitely lose weight.
I have heard a lot about this product. Having the right nutrition will definitely get anyone pointed in the right direction to meet their goals. The best part about the product is the support system, if you have people that are behind you, you will feel more confident in the system.
Thank you for sharing the very delicious information .
amazing products to lose weight.
that is very kind of you to post this for us, thank you very much. let’s keep healthy from now on.
I want so bad to let people know that they don’t have to follow fad diets. I tried many of them over the years and finally lost weight in a common sense way.
I read a bunch of nutrition books. Then figured out if I ate only low calorie food that was also low in fat, cholesterol and sodium that I should lose weight. I did! I lost 79 pounds in 5 months. All you need to do is monitor calorie intake on a free calorie counter website.
I hope that helps and saves you money?
Just came upon your page and will check out additional ones. Seems like real great stuff.
